SUMMARY

AGILE - LEAN STARTUP - FOUNDER & ENTREPRENEUR -

I am an Agile Transition Coach, as well as a hands on Programme and Project manager (in Agile environment), with experience in the following sectors: Energy, Telco, Banking, Airline Travel, Pensions, Manufacturing, ISP and Mass Media, Online Gambling / Games.

I also help companies - startup and well established - implement Lean Startup principles, which has allowed some of them to capitalise on some previous efforts to move to Agile.

I founded Pick A Deck - www.pickadeck.com - a web app dedicated to helping companies plan, launch, track and generally manage their culture transitions. The application is currently mainly used by organisations interested in moving towards more agile behaviours.

In all my work, I am highly inspired by John Kotter "8 Step Change" model.

I coached different projects and teams following the choice to implement Scrum withing RWE Supply and Trading. My involvement within the group has been focused on a number of high priority and high exposure projects: this required the training, coaching and mentoring of different team members and other stakeholders within the organisation. We also successfully used large information radiators which drove the use of common sense and collaboration in order to deliver a complex applications migration project from the UK to Germany. Very close to doing Kanban in the end, the team delivered a programme that had been dead in the water for more than a year in less than 3 months.
