I managed a 3 million dollar(annual) portfolio of healthcare engagements. Our end clients are leading Healthcare providers and institutions in Maryland. I transformed this portfolio from a state of ad-hoc project management to a desired state where the engagements employed structured project management methodology in line with the KPMG 3PM methodology. My good judgment, best-practice integration and diligent efforts brought back to track several engagements which were off-track schedule and cost-wise before.
