My mission @ Kapaza will be to audit the development processes (from product inception to delivery) and to select the best (agile) methodology(ies) that will maximise the value creation for Kapaza's customers and optimize relations between marketing and dev. teams. My mission will be also including the action plan, change management plan, coaching and roll-out of my recommendations in the organisation with setup of quality metrics. I will finally evaluate the new solution and adapt the processes based on analysis and experience on the field.
Genesis was the code name of the project that went live end of 2013 with a brand new platform to replace old Back-Office and Front Office of Cullen International.
