Here in Oracle my primary responsibilities are:
Transformed the Organization into Agile development methodologies. Coach/Mentor Management and various product teams of Oracle Health Science Global Business Unit (HSGBU). Establish CoE and CoP driven sustenance model for Agile implementation. Establish control mechanism and customize assessment framework to measure the Agile maturity of the Organization & team. Also to establish & implement a customized Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) framework for HSGBU.
Designing a comprehensive software estimation process with industry recognized estimation tool SEER – SEM for Oracle Health Science business unit. Implementation of estimation process and tool to all products of HSGBU. Establishing the model & tool calibration process and maturity assessment framework. Establishment of estimation CoE to support the Org and continuous improvement.
Perform Organizational diagnosis and implementation of Gamification to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in some areas
Design and implementation of various other strategic initiatives (metrics – balance score card)
