Role: Agile Coach, Iteration Manager for Suncorp, Australia. This assignment was to work with Offshore team at Bangalore for their Agile journey. As an Iteration Manager and Agile coach at SunCorp, I was involved in supporting team to practice Scrum ceremonies as well bringing the Scrum ecosystem at the Offshore development in both Development & Production team. I also got a chance to conduct various workshops and training for 30+ associates. I also worked very closely with Onshore team to build Scrum Practices at Offshore. This assignments was very useful to me to leverage agile practice while working with the bright teams in their Agile transition Journey.
My responsibilities at Quintiles Research India center includes enabling and setting up agile ecosystem across portal development team for an incremental deliveries using internal practices. I also worked closely with Project Management activities on project releases on scrum, working closely with Program managers and senior executives.
