Starting his path in the IT from his childhood and graduated as a bachelor of IT at the University of Amsterdam, Johan is a young entrepreneur, looking for the next technological innovations. During his time at the University, Johan started a new company, Ambient Coding, as a sole trader in 2011, which became a privately held company in 2014. Together with Koen Deetman and Paul Deetman, he currently has shares in Ambient Coding, KeokeN Interactive and Hunchback Music, being able to turn his hands to anything. From this point, Johan went from programmer to business man, focusing on strategy and sales in the IT. Being accredited by the GOC and ECABO as a training company, Johan is closely connected to Universities. As the Scrum Master, I am responsible for implementing the Scrum Framework and keeping the Agile mindset within the company and projects.
This includes: having the Development Team keep the Daily Scrum, participate in the Sprint Planning, Retrospective and Review.
Since the implementation of Scrum, all teams have been more productive and efficient.
Besides being a Scrum Master, I am a student trainer as well. This includes guiding the students in becoming more productive, help them to learn new skills. The students learn how to adopt and use Scrum as well.
