Telogical provides their B2B services in the form of reports and web services applications. Worked directly with CEO, CTO, and VP’s of Marketing and Sales to develop product strategies for new market penetration and additional revenue streams. As a member of the Executive Team, provided strategic and technical leadership, and projected ROI; which led to the efficient use of capital and resources. Managed Engineering and IT departments, which drove revenue growth by 20%; created budgets, accountable for P&L, and ensured staff performance. Created project evaluation criteria and business cases to evaluate new projects for cost/benefit analysis. Led recruitment, hiring/firing and performance management.
