Program Manager for the Origin Mobile and Social development within EA Digital Platform, in London. Working with 18 developers and testers and a Test Manager, was able to deliver the Minimum Viable Product into the production environment, drove the enhancement to the base product and re-organised the teams to streamline the approach. Also responsible for the product roadmap planning. For strategic reasons EA has outsourced the future development and maintenance of Origin M&S, resulting in off-shoring of the work. I worked on the successful handover to the new team.
Project Manager Warranty 04/05 to 02/07 Developed the use of bar-codes for the European warranty parts returns systems “PEARS” Moved all European ‘direct input’ dealers onto a common version of the warranty claims management software provided by Ford Europe (GWE). Project Manager CRM 10/02 to 03/05 Managed the external team responsible for the operation and development of Ford’s online CRM database eCupid. During this time I improved system reliability whilst reducing team size, introduced a load balanced solution and improved development productivity.
Managed 6 project managers, delivering 9 projects, using dispersed teams in UK, India and various locations in Finland. All projects delivered within months and 6 were completed by mid year. All teams successfully migrated to Scrum Framework processes I helped to develop.
Responsible for Europe-wide planning activities and KPI’s, Achieved the annual IT systems reduction targets from 2007 to 2009. Responsible for organising key European IT reviews, including a European performance review held in Moscow for the global IT directors European Project Lead for the global “Request to Pay” project from Aug 08 Centre of Expertise and European lead for the “Information Lifecycle Management” (ILM - Compliance and E-Discovery process) from 2007 to 2010. I reduced the annual ILM program duration from 12 to 6 months across Europe, (including 55,000 staff)

Working with an off-shore team, and the in-house client experts. Also involved in pre-sales and projects in the retail, travel and telecoms sectors.
