I managed the installation of two servers on the internal network. Access to the IM clients was restricted to internal only but external access when using Citrix, through Outlook. Interim (contract end date 5 Sep 2013) position on defining, agreeing and implementing an operating model, to support a large, complex transformation programme. Interim role, acting as Business Design Team Lead, to the Transformation Programme, and supporting a cross-functional team of business, technical, UX analysts. Objective of team is to drive out research, understanding of as-is and identifying needs. In addition, to generate, validate and test various business design models.
Managed two work streams. The first was the development of business intelligence (performance) reporting environments (Development & Test) for use with Hyperion v9.2, SQL Developer, TOAD and Base SAS to enable data access, transformation and reporting against Oracle v10 datasets. The second was the development of c50 performance / KPI reports using Hyperion v9.2 for performance monitoring of the new iBus (Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL)) technology system.
