Scott Rollins, is a management consultant, agile coach, and Certified Scrum Professional. Scott begin his career as a senior technical consultant with Accenture and was a founding member of Accenture's Internet practice. As an Accenture Consultant and Solution Architect at Netscape, Scott was part of the pioneering team that created the first applications ever available on the internet including Netscape Webmail and Secure Middleware. Netscape is credited with developing the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) for securing online communication, which is still widely used, as well as JavaScript, the most widely used language for client-side scripting of web pages.

Currently Scott serves as an Agile Coach to Product Owners, Scrum Teams, Leadership teams, and other stakeholders in a wide variety of Agile/Lean development practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP, at the team, program, and portfolio levels.

Scott has over 15 years of web development experience and has worked with some of the most discerning clients in the world including; Microsoft, AOL, SUN, Intel, Yahoo, Cisco, Chevron, Pepsi, Apple, GM, Ford, Disney, Equinix, and many more.

Scott graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS degree in CS with a concentration in Systems Analysis & Design and earned his MBA from the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific. In addition to an MBA, Scott holds several leading Agile certifications including PMI's Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and the Certified Collaboration Architect (CCA).
