SUMMARY

Design Thinker, Service Designer, Scrum Master, believer of a holistic approach using JTBD, SD, Agile & Lean thinking for successful products & services.

Since 2002, I have been leading the product strategy and designing user experiences for both consumer-facing and enterprise applications. Everything from startup to 500 fortune companies, I have been creating the digital products experience by considering the needs of the end-customer, the business and technology.

While working as UX designer, I realized that no matter how well you design a single channel, without holistic design approach you will fail to deliver seamless experience from the customer perspective.

I believe service design + Lean UX offers a way of thinking about these problems as well as clear tools and methods that can help designers, innovators, entrepreneurs, managers and administrators do something about it.

Some of my direct or indirect clients include McKinsey & Company, HSBC (Global), Fortis Bank (NL), DaimlerChrysler, McKesson, Humana, British Telecom, CAPITA, Ericsson, VMware, Trainline (UK) and many startups.

Consultant - User Experience Design

Utrecht Area , NETHERLANDS

• Designed enterprise global application user experience design for online stock trading and management to HSBC – Hong Kong. • Played a key role in a large-scale project to design, implement, and maintain a web-based financial public facing system for the HSBC’s vast number of users scattered globally. • Managed user experience team for Hong Kong business unit and successfully planed, designed, test and delivered financial application. • Developed high and low-fidelity prototypes, visual and interaction design, interaction flows, wire-frames, specifications, icons, and personas. • During long term visit to Nederland attended training on iRise and Rapid design & visualization (RDV) process. • Provided interaction design for iPhone application in capgemini direct bank offer. • Designed iTV banking application and carried out user research and testing activities for major bank of (UK). As part of this assignment we recruited 40 users in three different cities Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi.
